    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at One of our client is. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and enhance the overall brand experience. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote client's brand identity, collections, and services, aligning with business objectives and target market segments.
    2. Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce compelling visual and written content for marketing collateral, including advertising campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and social media platforms.
    3. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing campaigns, social media management, influencer partnerships, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the boutique.
    4. Manage the boutique's online presence and e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, product listings, and conversion rates to maximize online sales opportunities.
    5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, fashion influencers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to secure press coverage, collaborations, and brand endorsements.
    6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the luxury fashion market.
    7. Plan and execute exclusive events, trunk shows, and brand activations to engage clients, enhance brand loyalty, and foster a sense of community among clientele.
    8. Analyze marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
    9. Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications roles within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on couture or high-end fashion brands.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media contacts.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for luxury fashion, art, culture, and lifestyle trends.
    • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.

    Proficiency in MS Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools and software.
