    What we are looking for?We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager at

    Dehradun

    location to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.

    As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.

    We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success.


    As a Marketing Manager or Head you will lead the efforts of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Performance Campaigns.

    Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive digital marketing plan and drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.

    Look after Campaign optimization to reduce CPC / CPA

    Job ResponsibilitiesCreate social media and online sales strategy.
    Manage ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads,

    Ads, Yahoo, Bing and other ad platforms.

    Plan, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Strategize and own the entire paid marketing strategy to acquire users through multiple paid channels in an optimised manner.

    Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Write relevant content as per the need of the company.

    Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.

    Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
    Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
    Oversee creative (i.e. Social media posts, campaigns, graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
    Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
    Produce detailed performance reports & presentations.
    Formulating Digital marketing strategies in order to increase brand visibility and improve online brand positioning of the business.

    Tracking efficiencies of the marketing spend across channels including Facebook campaigns, Google UAC campaigns, Ad networks and social media campaigns.

    Be experimental in exploring new channels to drive traffic and acquisition which includes performance marketing through FB/AdWords.
    Liaison with the design team to experiment with new creatives on a weekly basis.
    Thinking beyond the basics of social media and manage brands to develop a meaningful Social personality. Identify and tap into new channels to optimize ROI and increase App registration and revenue growth.
    Understanding online space and upcoming trends that would cater to growth.
    Set up daily performance reports to analyze the performance and further optimize campaigns.
    Any other tasks as assigned.

    ExperienceMinimum 3-4 years of experience in leading and managing Facebook, Google Adwords UAC, Ad networksExperience in marketing automationExperience in a consumer-focused company targeting users in tier 2,3 cities is a plusShould showcase strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing campaignsShould have a strong understanding of marketing tools such as FB Business/Google AdwordsWell versed with analytics tools such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Branch, WebEngage
