Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team and promote our School Management System

  • Edisapp. As a Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, presenting our software solution, and closing sales deals. Your primary goal will be to increase our customer base and revenue by effectively communicating the benefits of our School Management System to educational institutions.

Responsibilities:


  • Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential customers in the education sector, including schools and training institutes, to establish a target list of leads for sales outreach.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our School Management System, showcasing its features, benefits, and value proposition to educational institutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, such as school administrators, principals, and IT managers, through regular communication and followup.
  • Sales Negotiations: Collaborate with prospective customers to understand their specific requirements, tailor product offerings to meet their needs, and negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely followup, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline progression to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the education technology sector to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Support: Liaise with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and postsales support for customers, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue projections, to provide insights and progress updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education technology sector or software solutions sales. Freshers also invited.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex software solutions to a diverse audience, including nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in educational institutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, develop customized solutions, and close sales deals. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly selfmotivated and targetoriented individual with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge to understand the features and functionalities of the School Management System and effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
