    Description

    Our Client is one of the oldestCompany operating in the Sweeteners and Nutraceuticals space. Ithas a diversified portfolio of products including bioproductsnutraceuticals and cogeneration of power. It is also a leader inorganic farming and sustainable agriculture.

    Experience : 4 6 years PQE

    Preferred Industry : FMCG /Consumer durables / Manufacturing

    Location: Chennai

    Roles andResponsibilities:

    Corporate Accounts andFinance

    • Preparationof Standalone Financial statements
    • Preparationof Consolidated Financial statements
    • Managethe statutory audit
    • Implementation and reviewof Internal financial controls
    • Manage IFCaudit
    • Monthly closing of CorporateAccounts
    • Process improvements for increase inautomated controls
    • GL review of Corporate
    • Support for Annual Report AGM and otherstatutory compliances

    DirectTaxation

    • Preparationof Income tax computation for companies in the group.
    • Handling Income tax Assessments for companies in thegroup.
    • Preparation of Income tax working onquarterly financials based on Interim Financial reportingstandard.
    • Providing assessment information toCIT (Appeals) and tax consultants for ITAT appeals.
    • Ensuring timely filing of Income Tax returns and TDSreturns for group companies.
    • TDS on foreignpayments Ensuring correct WHT rate applied and TRC / PEdeclarations are in place for each transaction.
    • Tax audit coordination and closure
    • Base Erosion and Profit shifting (BEPS) documentation andfinalisation
    • CBCR reporting
    • Coordinating with the IT department on matters relatingto TDS disputes and resolving the audit objections raised bythem.
    • Transfer pricing report preparation(Form 3CEB) and filing domestic and international transaction withassociated enterprises.
