Conduct design sprints to collaboratively define solutions for user challenges.
Exhibit your designs with confidence, showcasing a bosslevel presentation of design strategy, reasoning, and perspectives to stakeholders across different organizations and hierarchical levels
Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure meticulous fitandfinish refinement for each sprint
Craft digital interactive prototypes that breathe life into UX concepts.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the designs are feasible, scalable, and align with the business goals

Skill:

Minimum of
2 5 years of proven experience as a
UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as
Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar software

Solid understanding of usercentred design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
Proficiency in
creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a
keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to iterate designs based on user feedback.
A portfolio showcasing your previous UI/UX design projects is required.
