    JobDescription:

    MaxAircon Pvt. Ltd. a leading HVAC solutions provider based in Pune isseeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager tojoin our team. As an HVAC Project Manager you will be responsiblefor overseeing and managing HVAC projects from inception tocompletion. Your role will involve coordination with clientsengineers subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successfulproject delivery within budget and onschedule.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.ProjectPlanning: Develop detailedproject plans including timelines resources and budgets incollaboration with the engineering and designteams.

    2.ClientCommunication: Act as theprimary point of contact for clients providing regular updates onproject progress addressing concerns and ensuring clientsatisfaction.

    3.TeamManagement: Lead and manage a team of HVACengineers technicians and subcontractors assigning tasks monitoringperformance and providing guidance asneeded.

    4.Budgetand Cost Control: Monitorproject budgets track expenses and implement costcontrol measuresto ensure projects are completed within budgetaryconstraints.

    5.QualityAssurance: Implement qualitycontrol measures to ensure that HVAC systems meet industrystandards and clientspecifications.

    6.Complianceand Regulations: Ensure all HVACprojects comply with relevant codes regulations and safetystandards maintaining necessary documentation andpermits.

    7.RiskManagement: Identify potentialrisks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions andensure projectsuccess.

    8.Procurement:Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials equipment andsubcontractor services required for projectexecution.

    9.Reporting:Prepare and present regular project status reports includingprogress updates financials and key performance indicators tostakeholders and seniormanagement.

    10.ContinuousImprovement: Identifyopportunities for process improvement efficiency enhancements andcostsaving measures within the HVAC project managementframework.

    QualificationsandSkills:

    1.Bachelors degreein Mechanical Engineering or relatedfield.

    2.Minimum 10 yearsof experience in the HVAC industry with at least 5 years in aproject managementrole.

    3.Proven trackrecord of successfully managing HVAC projects from start tofinish.

    4.Strong technicalknowledge of HVAC systems equipment and installationpractices.

    5.Excellentleadership communication and interpersonalskills.

    6.Proficiency inproject management tools andsoftware.

    7.Ability to workunder pressure multitasks and prioritizes taskseffectively.

    8.Knowledge oflocal building codes regulations and industrystandards.

    9.Certification inproject management (e.g. PMP) is preferred but notmandatory.

    10.Experienceworking with commercial and industrial HVAC projects is aplus.
