    Description:

    We are looking for a Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant with a proven track record of successful project delivery and at least 2+ years of Oracle HCM experience including a minimum of 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation. They must be able to provide excellent functional skills in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud across a number of industry sectors and ensure the delivery of excellence across the team.

    Qualifications/Experience

    Candidates will demonstrate a successful track record of the following:

  • Creation and delivery of Cloud HCM solutions to complex business problems.
  • Project delivery including Design, Prototype & Build, Test, Rollout and Support
  • Advising clients on Oracle Cloud HCM functionality, implementation and process improvement
  • Workshop and Training facilitation
  • Delivery of all supporting documentation
  • Support development and execution of roll out strategies, cut-over/transition plans, end-user training and documentation
  • Supporting pre-sales, integration and data migration work streams
  • Experience of implementation methodologies such as Cloud Application Services (CAS) and OUM

    • Skills/Requirements:

  • Business Systems or Computing degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in complex programmes
  • Experience with implementing Oracle HCM Core.
  • Exposure and understanding of Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits Cloud is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge on HR Processes
  • The ability to work under-pressure and respond positively to challenging situations
  • Customer focussed, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Supporting and the ability to build relationships with UK Accelalpha team, clients and customers
  • Working practices would be to support global clients and working hours
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is advantageous
  • Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Security Clearance is a plus or the ability to achieve it
  • Oracle Implementation Certification is advantageous
