    Description

    Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant.

    We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with expertise in areas such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor.

    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on best practices for implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
    • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client-specific requirements, including system setup, data migration, and integrations with other systems.
    • Lead workshops and training sessions for clients to demonstrate system functionality and gather requirements.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
    • Stay up-to-date on Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and new features, and provide recommendations for leveraging these capabilities to improve client processes.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
    Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor.
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization.
    • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.
