Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting
Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting and iventory maintainance.
Creating users, groups, & Password Reset Block Changes in AD.
Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments.
Troubleshoot network, network device issues (Switch, Access Point), and wireless connectivity of end users.
Firewall Monitoring in a proper manner & maintain the logs.
Good knowledge of Shared Storage & firewall if any changes are required as per the higher team.
Security Patches Vulnerabilityrelated experience & awareness are a must.
Logs & Error Route Cause Identifications for All higherlevel Asset with running involvement
Server, Desktop, Laptop, and CCTVrelated support with asset severity on the production side.
Routine Software & Application Awareness and troubleshooting.
VPN, RDP, Office 365 end users remote, onsite, or Technical assistant oncall Support.
AD, DHCP, DNS, IP4, IMAP POP Knowledge is preferable.
Should have LAN, WAN, VLAN, Router & Switches Management & working active, and passive network diagrams knowledge.
AV, Backup Console & Ticketing Tool related experience & knowledge is required.
Mac Machine, Printer, and scanner Support as well spares related awareness is required
