Good to know skills on AWS platform and Amazon Connect service.
Candidate should have knowledge on Engineering, consultation and be able to assist with day-to-day operational activities on Genesys Cloud CX.
Should be able to assist in event of any service degradation or outage and engage in live troubleshooting with end user.
The requirement is for a global contact centre setup and may have to engage with users across different time zones. Should be flexible with working hours on a need to basis.
