    ResponsibilitiesWhatyou get to do in thisrole:

    Representthe needs of customers across the product and design lifecycle fromdiscovery through design validation and customer adoption across aportfolio of productsApply and adaptappropriate research techniques and methods for specific projectneedsEngage with customers to understandtheir unique needs for our products including defining andsynthesizing user types use cases and specific UXopportunitiesPartner with Product Managersand Designers to influence product strategy androadmapsValidate feature and designdirection through participatory design early concept testingformative and summative usabilitytesting.

    Analyze and synthesize qualitativestudies and quantitative data across studies and secondary researchto generate strategic and tactical insights with actionablerecommendations.
    Communicate findings throughartifacts such as specific user segments persona frameworks jobs tobe done user journeys task analysesetcProvide mentorship to other members ofthe team and champion the discipline across theorganization

    Qualifications
    7years of work experience applying and conducting customercenteredresearch.

    Master degree or PhD is abonusExperience developing insightfulprobing questions that resonate with both highly technicalindividuals through business minded endusers using enterprisesoftwareIn depth knowledge of user interfacedesign usability evaluation techniques task analysis andexperimental designExperience with thecreation and execution of online surveys as well as richqualitative research techniquesExpertpresentation skills to visualize technically complex topics andmake them easy to understand with customers as well as productmanagement and design stakeholders.

    Theability to learn new technical conceptsquicklyExperience coaching and mentoringmore junior team members contributing to theirgrowth
