    Position - Director/Partner for Statutory Audit

    Company Name - ASC Group

    Location - Noida


    Job Description/Responsibilities :

    • Leading and managing a team of professionals in conducting and completing highquality statutory audits for clients.
    • Providing expert guidance and advice on accounting and audit related matters to clients.
    • Ensuring compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and government policies.
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Reviewing and analysing financial statements and reports.
    • Identifying and addressing any financial risks or issues.
    • Preparing and presenting audit findings and reports to clients.
    • Staying uptodate with industry developments and regulatory changes.
    • Managing and overseeing the overall audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in statutory audit, including experience in a leadership or partnership role.
    • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy. Proven track record of successfully managing audit engagements and client relationships.
