    Responsibilities:

    • Asa counselor you play a key role in a students life. You are helpingthem make a big decision on a career path and choice of universityso take pride and responsibility in such a massiveundertaking.
    • Guide students everystep of their journey to discovering their dream university andprogram
    • Assist students withuniversity and course selection guidance on scholarships RA TA etc.profile building financing options& determine the interestaptitude and abilities and help guide them on the Visa processesfor key countries
    • Setting rigorousfollowup mechanisms with students and the Universitiesabroad
    • Setting new benchmarks instudent experiences and services
    • Bybeing digital we are changing the way study abroad counseling isconducted. Embrace technology to provide realtime highqualitycounseling services with the latest information at yourfingertips.
    • Be there for students ona daily basis to ensure their concerns are addressed and follow upwith universities and internal teams to ensure their applicationprocess runs smoothly.
    • Help theclients in making a list of all documents needed while submittingtheir applications.
    • Help the clientswith SOP Analysis and Improvements Assistance for LORs Resumeediting and Financial DocumentationSupport.
    • Assist the clients withVisa applications & help them to prepare for the Visainterview
    • Manage internal supportteams to ensure the overall student experience is of the highestquality and all timelines aremet


    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Excellentoral and written communicationskills
    • Be a goodlistener
    • 1 years ofoverseas educationexperience.
    • Wellversedwith counseling and processes for admissions forUSA UK Canada Australiaetc
    • Willingness to learnand be humble
    • Graduation/ Masters inCounselling or psychology will be anadvantage
