Responsibilities:

Educational Planning:

  • Collaborate with students to develop personalized academic plans based on their career aspirations and academic strengths.
  • Provide information on educational programs, courses, and academic requirements.

Career Counseling:

  • Conduct assessments to identify individuals' career interests, skills, and values.
  • Guide students in exploring career options, industries, and job markets.

College and University Admission Assistance:

Financial Aid Guidance:

  • Provide information on scholarships, grants, and financial aid options.
  • Assist students in understanding the financial aspects of education and explore funding opportunities.

Personal Development:

  • Address personal and social issues that may affect academic performance and career choices.
  • Provide support for personal development and decisionmaking skills.

Educational Workshops:

  • Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as study skills, time management, career planning, and goal setting.

Networking:

Stay Informed:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in counseling or career guidance may be beneficial.

Experience:
