Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at A-Estate.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales through engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable properties.

Your goal will be to foster a trustworthy relationship with clients and contribute to our company's growth by driving sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property showings and open house events.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently.
  • Keep uptodate with the real estate market trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Salary:
₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
