    Sameer Electro Systems Pvt. Ltd., a part of the Sameer Group, is a government-licensed Electrical Contracting company based in Pune. We specialize in complete electrification projects on a turnkey basis, with expertise in project design, engineering optimizations, and material selection. Our business units include Electrical Contracting, Building Automation Systems, Security, Fire Alarm & Lighting Control Systems, HV products sales, and on-site underground cable testing & fault finding up to 33 KV.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer at Sameer Electro Systems Pvt. Ltd. located in Pune. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), project estimation, conducting research, and negotiation. The role requires collaboration with the consultant/client team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimations and successful project outcomes.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in BOQ preparation and project estimation
    • Knowledge of civil engineering principles
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to conduct research and gather relevant information
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Experience in the electrical contracting industry is a plus
