Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews, ensuring optimal use of time for both clients and staff.

Office Organization:

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, managing office supplies and ensuring a seamless workflow for daily operations.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing queries or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and comfortable learning new systems as needed.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; TA experience is a plus
