JOB DESCRIPTION:
a. Prospecting & Lead Generation
b. Generate complete Understanding of the assigned geographical location & capture
information of all Projects / Builders/ Architects / Interior Designers / Fabricators /
Contractors / Carpenters etc.
c. Develop working relationship with key Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, Fabricators,
Contractors, Carpenters etc and regular track of the business opportunities.
d. Generate Sales Pipeline for all Hot / Warm & Cold leads. Maintain Track.
e. Maintain & Validate all database. Generate reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing
information

- 24 to 28 Yrs.
Qualification:
- Any UG / Graduates
Experience:

Skill Sets :
a. Very good geographical knowledge of the area assigned
b. Ability to obtain and study business potentiate of the geography & the Leads.
c. Relationship Management & Networking
d. Analytical thinking, Active Listening, Persuation & Negotiation Skills
e. Oral & Written Comprehension and Reasoning.
f. Ability to generate Daily Call Summary, Data Creation & Report Preparation.
