Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
  • Performing minor accounting duties (i

e:
Vendor Payment follow-up, Credit card bill payment follow-up etc.)

  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department (if required.)
  • Manage the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters


  • Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate for Digital Marketing, SMO-SEO, Blogging, and Facebook & Linkedin etc.


  • Sales Support

  • Prepare business Proposals, Make Company Profile, make creative on occasions, Webinar & Seminar coordination & management, prepare & update Work Diary with follow ups.
  • Corporate Communication (Branding & Sales support)
  • Whatsapp & Mailers, Follow ups with Client
  • CRM Software (For Proposals)
  • Implementation, Administer, Checking and update the software, etc.
  • Handle the Meeting schedule of Partner, reminder of tasks, follow up of people reporting to him for periodical tasks
  • Cold Calls to New leads and arranging meeting with partner after checking availability
  • Scheduling new lead meeting on Calendly/ZooM/Face to face and sending mail invite
  • Making note for Minutes of Meeting
  • Handle Hubspot CRM & keep updating latest status

Skills

  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organization and timemanagement skills
- proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
