Key responsibilities
- Drafting of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings and Annual Report Documents;
- Convening board and shareholder meetings and handling compliances thereto;
- Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and POSH, ROC and other statutory filings, maintenance of statutory registers;
- Well versed with regulatory requirements for Section 8 companies;
- Drafting and vetting legal agreements;
- Assist in preparation of Board & internal presentations and programme communication for the Foundation;
- Handling project/partner documentation etc.
Desired profile
- A Company Secretary and LLB with 23 years' work experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A good team player having the ability to work and adapt to diverse sets of people.
- Must project a mature & respectful attitude at work and with the Foundation's partners and other stakeholders.
