We want a passionate professional who wants to help bridge the gap in recruiting.

Duties

  • Create job description templates for various profiles using internet data
  • Post jobs on various job search boards
  • Find new free and paid job boards
  • Take basic profile interviews (training will be given)
  • Keep data uptodate in Zoho

Requirements:

Experience in SME recruitments will be a plus

Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle

Experience of 0-1 years in recruiting

Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali

Ability to organize work

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

Willing to learn, diligent and hard worker


Qualifications
Any bachelor degree


Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata,

West Bengal:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
