Description
Responsibilities for machine technician

  • Perform PMs on all equipment
  • Complete all necessary forms listing work done, parts used, parts needed, time involved, Initiates requirements for machine parts and supplies
  • Perform installation and setup of new equipment as necessary.
Installs and maintains compressed air systems

  • Perform maintenance to meet safety (OSHA) requirements
  • Complete fabrication projects from drawings
  • Coordinate projects with internal customers and outside contacts, vendors
  • Drive to remote locations to maintain equipment
  • Construct brackets and other devices as directed
  • Help maintain operating supplies
  • Maintain the equipment by Total Preventative Maintenance (T.P.M.) standards, schedule monthly TPM activities, find abnormal machine problems finding the cause of the problem, verify product quality, find machine quality problems, identify and adjust the machine to correct using root cause analysis and assisting with production needs as necessary
Qualifications for machine technician

  • Must be able to work all required shift hours, overtime and weekends, as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
  • 3+ years Machine Operation experience
  • Works efficiently with work order system to document repairs and perform preventative maintenance throughout the plant
  • Perform basic inspections and repairs on production equipment
  • Associate's degree of six months or more years of directly related experience strongly preferred.

Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
