    Job Summary

    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a world-class Staff Collaboration Engineer based in Hyderabad and reporting to the Global Desktop Support Manager. In an industry that is reshaping the world's energy future, there's no better place to be.

    Staff Collaboration Engineers will implement and continuously optimize Identity and Access Management services in company. They are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM technologies to ensure audit and privacy compliance and driving automation. IAM Engineers also assist with resolving any security issues related to IAM operations. You also will involve in office 365/Azure AD architecture, administration, and best practice recommendations.

    You'll be responsible for:

    • Own root cause analysis, and problem management and serve as the escalation point for identity and access management support issues.
    • Managing access and permissions where necessary and implementing automated solutions.
    • Provides support, implementation, design, and integration services for identity management solutions such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows-based systems across the enterprise.
    • Drive IAM-related initiatives such as Azure AD integration, single sign-on, self-service password reset, domain management, and password dictionaries.
    • Collaboration with project and support teams to produce enterprise-level designs for access management of global initiatives.
    • Administer and support Office 365 suite configurations, policies and analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms.
    • Architecture and engineering of SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft Office 365 Groups, providing deep technical knowledge on various Teams architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment.
    • Assist in developing and implementation of support strategies for the various Office 365 applications.
    • Provide technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolve system / application issues.

    You should bring:

    • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
    • Minimum 7 years of IT work experiences in a global information technology infrastructure environment.
    • Expert knowledge in administering Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Active Directory (AD) and group policy (GPO), Azure AD, ADFS, Group Policies and SSO, in a Windows environment.
    • Mastering of Microsoft M365 administration inclusive of exchange online, AD, Teams, Share Points and Power Platform.
    • Knowledge of Quest Active Roles Server and identity management solutions like Oracle Identity Management or Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
    • Understanding of security best practices. Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users.
