Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:


  • Operate and monitor glass bottle manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient and smooth production processes.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any potential issues with the machines.

Quality Control:


  • Conduct regular quality checks on produced glass bottles to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Implement corrective actions or adjustments to maintain product quality.

Machine Setup and Calibration:


  • Set up and calibrate glass bottle manufacturing machines based on production requirements.
  • Ensure proper alignment and functionality of the machines before the start of each production run.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on the machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Safety Compliance:


  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.

Production Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the production team to coordinate workflow and address production priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Glass Bottle Machine Operator.
  • Knowledge of glass bottle manufacturing machinery and processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Basic understanding of quality control measures in production.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in machine operation.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
