Job Summary:
The School Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated territory by promoting and selling educational products to schools and educational institutions.
This role requires building strong relationships with decision-makers in schools, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet those needs.
The School Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the education market and contributing to its overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target potential schools and educational institutions within the assigned territory
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, such as school administrators, principals, and educators
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the company's products
- Cultivate trust and credibility with customers to position the company as a valuable partner
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress
- Develop a deep understanding of the products to articulate their value proposition effectively
- Understand the specific needs and challenges of each school and cater solutions to address their requirements
- Handle the inquiries from existing and new clients
- Ensure targetoriented performance with Cost Benefit Analysis.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience within the education sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the company's value proposition
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Flexibility to travel as required
Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
