    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at DC Jain Real Estate Services located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting property visits and presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will also be required to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Fluency in English and Hindi
