    Want to be a part of our team?The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.

    Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving of technical incidents and problems, the Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is able to restore service to clients.

    Their primary objective is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA).

    This role focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity. This role focusses across two or more technology domains - Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration etc.
    This role may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.

    Working at NTTJob Requirement:

    Five (5) years industry experience in a network operations/support environment; relevant experience in Cisco ACICisco CCNP;Knowledge on ITIL framework, Cisco Network DevicesTechnical ability to provide Support to L1 engineers;Good understanding of incident management activities;Good ability to follow and documented operational processes;Experience with ticket management and change request management systems;Experience with network monitoring / management tools/ analysis tools;Responsible for the Cisco ACI network architecture component(s)Understand and support Data Center Networks utilizing Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k platformsIntegrate service appliances to Cisco ACI deployments to include Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls.

    Good understanding of Inter and Intra Tenant traffic flows, contractsExperience in L2 outs, L3 outs, VMM integrationExperience in Troubleshooting traffic flows, routing and L3 policiesMonitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.

    Experience with liaising with vendors to validate hardware parameters and functionality then replace if necessaryGood communications and interpersonal skills.


    Qualification:
    BE/B Tech/MCA/BCA with CCNP or equivalent certification

    Desired Experience:
    Hands on experience with networking, routing, switching, Cisco ACI is necessary with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

    Network engineer with good networking technology skills; Excellent understanding of cross platform technologies; and should be familiar with Cisco based technologies and products.

    (working hours 24x7, shift based)

    Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
    Must be a pleasing personality with effective spoken and written communication in English and well in documentation. Must be good team player.
