Description

As a BPO Executive in a banking process, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to banking products and services.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handling customer queries related to banking products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell banking products and services
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Continuously updating knowledge of banking products and services

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
