Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and hiring of people as well ensure a smooth and hassle-free onboarding process for the people to set up a platform.
  • Design and implement processes and effectively onboard the therapists and ensure no leakages in the process.
  • Ensuring completion of paperwork and following all legal and administrative compliance when onboarding people.
  • Co-ordinate with Doctors, Physiotherapists in an effective manner
  • Co-ordinate with patients in the whole process and share reports with the coordination of the team member.
  • Responsible for conversion of therapists into our customers.
  • Responsible for devising sourcing strategies and retention strategy.
  • Developing and implementing a new process to improve an existing process.
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage the resources and processes required for the successful completion of projects.
