Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Drive sales growth by effectively pitching our products/services to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring winwin outcomes.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the immigration sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
