Primary Duties:

Handling Inbound Sales:
Managing incoming customer inquiries and calls related to astrology products and services.

Deepening Product Knowledge:

Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our astrology offerings, such as horoscope readings, birth chart analysis, tarot readings, and other astrological services.

Providing Consultation:

Interacting with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, actively listening to their requirements, and offering personalized recommendations based on their astrological interests.

Closing Sales:
Expertly guiding customers through the sales process, showcasing the value of our astrology services, and successfully finalizing sales.

Managing Customer Relationships:

Maintaining precise and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system and following up with potential clients and leads as necessary.

Cross-Selling:
Identifying opportunities to suggest additional astrology products or services to enhance the customer experience.

Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Ensuring Compliance:
Making certain that all sales practices adhere to pertinent laws and regulations while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
