Admin and Accounts - Madgaon, India - Creative HR Solutions
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthend closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records both physically and digitally.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Handle basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations as needed.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve any financial or administrative issues.
- Support the administrative team with special projects and tasks as assigned.
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
