Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthend closing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records both physically and digitally.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Handle basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve any financial or administrative issues.
  • Support the administrative team with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
