    Job Title:
    Secretarial & Legal Executive

    Key Responsibilities:
    Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and promptly, ensuring high-quality output.
    Proactively update and manage entries in the project management tool to reflect current status of tasks.
    Maintain accurate and detailed time sheets and work notes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
    Strictly adhere to the firm's operational and client communication Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    Uphold a high degree of professionalism and integrity when dealing with clients, ensuring all interactions are conducted respectfully and effectively.

    Address client inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior staff when necessary.
    Actively seek mentoring and support from team leaders to enhance skills and performance.
    Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest industry practices and standards.
    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective completion of projects.
    Contribute to team meetings and project planning sessions, providing insightful feedback and suggestions.


    Qualifications:
    CS Executive / Professional Passed students
    Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
    Experience in a corporate or legal environment is preferred but not required.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle client communications delicately and professionally.
