Description
We are looking for an HR & Finance Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities in our Human Resources & Finance department.
Supporting the Group HR Manager and Group Finance based in Singapore, you will maintain or enhance a full employee experience cycle from recruitment, satisfaction, people development to exit formalities.
To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR & Finance functions.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
Ultimately, you will be our Culture Wizard and ensure smooth running of our company's offices, HR operations and contribute to driving sustainable growth.
HR/Admin Responsibilities :
Supporting full spectrum of HR operations, i.e. payroll, leave management, employee welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etcCoordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activitiesNavigate recruitment processes (posting ads, filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation)
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance controlAssist in administration duties like liaison of vendors, postal, dispatch arrangements, receiving of walk-ins visitors, phone callsSupport in procurement of office supplies, stationeries & preparation/checking of claimsAssist Group HR Manager on ad hoc projects & organizing of welfare activitiesFinance Responsibilities:
Manage timely billings to and collections from customer, liaise with, review and prepare payments to vendorsHandle full set of accounts and daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation and recordingTimely month end closing and preparation of monthly schedules including AR, AP, prepayments, accruals and fixed assetsHandle annual audit and preparation of audit schedulesManage cashflow and monthly bank reconciliationsMaintain intercompany schedules and monthly reconciliation with related companiesEnsure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulationsLiaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, bankers and any other external parties/vendors as necessaryEnsure adherence of processes to Group SOPsAssist in the annual group budget process and maintain budget vs actual monthly recordsAny other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least a Degree, in Business, Human Resource Management, Accountant or equivalentMin 5 year of hands-on experiences for the above nature of workProficient in MS Office application (i.e. Words, Excel, Powerpoint) is a mustProficient in Philippines labor and manpower legislation, including foreign work permit applications and renewalAble to handle India payroll and manpower taxes manuallyPossess the right aptitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter departments, including the department heads and managementSelf-driven and able to work independently under tight deadlinesAble to start work immediately is preferred
