INTERIOR DESIGNER/ ARCHITECT / INTERIOR ARCHITECT
Job Summary:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in interior design, Architecture or related field.
- Portfolio of the previous work.
- Project management experience.
- Should be a quick learner.
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
- Able to develop and present design concepts
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mockups, renderings, and walkthrough) for Customers.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred)
- Interior Designing, Layout Design, AutoCAD Drafting, Quantity Assessment, Technical drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Sketch Up, 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, Vray, Lumion or similar design software.
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least one year of Professional experience on Residential and commercial interiors.
- Knowledge of preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
