    Job Title :
    Senior Quality Analyst

    Location :
    Coimbatore / Chennai


    Work Type :
    Full-Time


    Roles and responsibilities:
    Execute automation and QA efforts to support mobile and web products.
    Build and maintain an automation suite.
    Develop and adhere to QA processes and standards.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
    Provide expertise and knowledge in testing processes and methodologies.


    Role Requirements:

    Experience:
    5+ years of extensive experience in SDLC, STLC, analysis, design, and software QA processes. Exposure to the entire software testing lifecycle (V model) and defect cycle.

    Testing Expertise:
    Proficient in mobile app and web application testing.

    Automation Skills:
    High Knowledge on Mobile test automation on Android native/hybrid and iOS apps.
    Proficient in Java or Python.
    Experience with automated test frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, Robot Framework, Cucumber, or TestNG (preferably Robot).
    Experience in automating API/services.
    Experience with performance testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, and other non-functional testing methods.
    Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
    Ability to work as an individual contributor, implementing better QA practices and automating routine tasks.


    Test Management:
    Assist with test plan articulation, planning, and management of individual testing events.
    Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end QA.
    Identify testable events and develop test cases/test scripts.
    Create reusable test assets using the testing process and toolkit.
    Represent the QA team to IT and user groups within relevant testing phases.
    Set up, manage, and monitor test environments, streamlining release management to QA environments.
    Document application changes and develop updates.


    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    Experience:
    5+ years of experience in QA with 3+ years of experience in automation.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, strong communication skills.
