The ANZ Compliance Control Room is a global compliance function within Institutional Compliance which identifies and manages actual or perceived conflicts of interest associated to Reportable Transactions, Personal Account Dealing and Personal Conflicts.

This role will provide the identification, monitoring, insights and ongoing management of conflict scenarios, in line with industry standards and regulator expectations.

What will your day look like

This role is accountable for:

Perform compliance testing of ANZ Employee Personal Trading to ensure compliance with ANZ Trading policies.
Provide data insights and trend reporting for Business and Risk stakeholders for Conflict of Interest data suite
Maintenance and development of VBA Macros
Contribute to the oversight and development of Conflict of Interest policy awareness.
What will you bring?

The 'must have' knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
Confident working with large data sets. Experience in a data analytics role and communicating insights from data.
Regulatory Compliance Control Monitoring
Strong knowledge of financial trading products, including OTC trading products
Ability to independently challenge, Strong communication skills

The 'good to have' knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
A relevant academic background in a financial or business degree
Previous experience in compliance - control room, conflicts of interest management
