Your Tasks:
Support the team on day-to-day service desk operational activities
Responsible for all deliveries scoped under the category of Customer service queries, Product support/ Issues, Vehicle monitoring systems & Vendor coordination

Manage communication of his/her team with other teams such as sales, services, logistics, Internal OE/AM, Vendors, Hardware & software suppliers etc.

Responsible in maintaining team's Knowledge base.


Your Profile:
B.E/B.Tech with 2-5 years of experience in similar service desk operations

Educational stream:
Engineering stream

Should be very familiar with all the automobile products to provide effective support
PC skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, Sales force)
Communicative, Flexibility, Empathy.
