    Description

    Software Solution Architect

    We are looking for a skilled and creative Software Solution Architect with a solid background in web development to be part of our energetic team.

    The perfect candidate should have extensive experience in designing, creating, and implementing robust Enterprise web solutions, along with exceptional leadership and strategic planning talents.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance Enterprise web applications.
    • Create and document architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
    • Evaluate and choose suitable technologies, frameworks, and platforms for projects.

    Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
    • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to architectural standards.

    Project Management:
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for successful project completion.

    Innovation and Research:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
    • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new technologies and methodologies.
    • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate new technologies and approaches.

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Present architectural plans and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams for clear communication.

    Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
    • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise web development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex architectures.
    • Proficiency in Front End UI/UX technologies and frameworks like Angular, React.
    • Strong knowledge of backend technologies including Java, .NET, or Python.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Integrating AI/ML and Data Analytics features.
    • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks.
