Job Description:
Objective:
To support HCCB Network operations and to Architect, design and deployment of new solutions, & support by providing cutting edge IT enabled technologies to meet the longterm business goals.
Coordination with Partner & IT team for ongoing requirements of new projects and regular operations.
Deliver stable network operations for Data Center, Azure (Cloud), across PAN India Depo/Plants.
Service Improvement Plans to avoid unplanned outages/issues,
Risk Mitigation like VA remediation, IOS Patching, Firmware upgradation for all DC Networking Components
Network AMC Renewals and Forecasting Capex requirements and Opex Management to run Ops.
Drive and dedication to close P1 Incidents with Root cause analysis.
Follow and implement SOP for Network domain, Standardization of process
Network Infrastructure Life Cycle Management (Refresh, Retire and Replace)
Collaboration between the Partner, IT Business partner team, technology service team.

Job Responsibilities:
Overall, 1015 Yrs of Experience, Solution Architect in Networking domain and technologies mentioned below:
Expert level knowledge and hands on experience on Palo alto and Checkpoint firewall.
Expert level knowledge and hands on experience on Web Proxy, DLP (Having Forcepoint is an added advantage).
Expert level knowledge and hands on experience on routing and switching, network traffic analysis (Cisco/Juniper/HP Aruba) etc.
IPSEC VPN Tunnel Creation and Troubleshooting, BGP Peering, NATing etc.
Expert level knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco Wireless technologies. (WLC, AP's) WIFI6 an added Advantage
Hands on experience on Cisco SD-WAN Solution design and implementation. (V-Manage, V-Bond, V-Monitor),
Expert Level Knowledge on Cisco SASE, Security Solutions like Umbrella etc.
Hands on experience and Expert Level Knowledge on Azure cloud infrastructure, VNET creation, Resource Group Creation, Subnet creation, CDIR, Peering, NSG etc, (IASS & PASS)
Network requirement gathering for New Projects for data and voice network expansion.
Planning, designing, and upgrading network installation projects
Establishing and maintaining backup, versioncontrol, and viral defense systems
Troubleshooting network architecture and making recommendations for system findings and enhancements
Making recommendations for leveraging network installations and reducing operational costs
CCNA, CCNP and Microsoft Azure administration (AZ104) certification is added advantage
Define and drive network architecture principles by providing strategic and technical leadership for enabling existing network solutions that support business outcomes.
Lead network architecting sessions with internal and external partners in evaluating tradeoffs between design, risk, technology, and cost to identify and design network architectures.
Lead development of the business case for network solutions.
Create and maintain "asis" and "tobe" architecture artifacts.
Timely renew of AMC of all the DC network and security devices
P1 Incidents timely response and resolution, proactively grasping the problem and Root Cause Analysis submission for P1/P2 Incidents.
Drive & dedication to bring call network related Issues/queries & concerns to a logical conclusion without any gaps/open items.
Drive and dedication to support the IT Partners/Vendors and provide solutions to any obsolete technologies and recommend best practices by following Network Standards
Communicate and coordinate with various business/IT Internal/External stakeholders teams and collaborate on time to gather network requirements support and suggestion (Cross Function Skills)
A SPOC for all Network related queries/concerns/FAQ addressing as solution architect suggestion and recommend changes and new solution to overcome technical challenges.
Life Cycle Management (End of Life & End of Support) of All Network Devices/Equipment's across Plants, Depos, Corp Offices including Data Centres.
