- General Counsel and Client facing legal lead to IF Business Unit.
- Overall responsibility of all legal affairs for the IF Business Unit (excluding litigation).
- Legal support to IF Business Unit on wide variety of legal issues including corporate consultancy, proactive risk evaluation to ensure business decisions and operations are in lines with corporate policies and regulations, negotiating and concluding legal contracts, developing and implementing internal legal processes, guidelines, templates, SOP's and workflows, ensuring marketing activities and processes of the business unit are aligned to legal, corporate and industry requirement and conducting proactive audits on the marketing policies and processes.
- Develop, implement, and revise, as necessary, policies and processes to ensure the business conduct is in accordance with legal requirements, industry guidance and best practice.
- Coordinate with Compliance team to ensure the business unit operations is in strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong and productive working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to maintain legal awareness of all key policies and processes.
- Lead initiatives to identify and address challenges and/or legal issues in the cross-functional environment, maintain current awareness of laws, regulations, emerging trends and proposed regulations/guidelines and industry best practices, provide written and in-person guidance, as maybe necessary, to internal stakeholders.

- / LLM Graduate. Legal professional with 15+ years of working in corporate law as an in-house legal head.
