ADMIN ASSISTANT/ ADMIN EXECUTIVE:


KEY SKILLS
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet/ Outlook Express and DTP. Good Command on Written and Spoken English is a must. Taking dictations. Must have result oriented approach.
Experience of Tele
- marketing, administration of Website will be a distinct advantage.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet.
  • Good knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Carrying out all secretarial functions. Making, answering and directing phone calls.
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Taking dictations.
  • Coordination and followup on telephone. Good in telephonic conversation.
  • Attendance at the events organized in Mumbai.
  • Ability to maintain records and files
  • Preparing MoUs, Agreements, Circulars, Minutes, Representations.
  • To maintain office premises neat and clean.
  • To ensure that all gadgets like PCs, telephone lines, Broadband connection, printer, Fixtures like Air Conditioners, lights, etc. are in working condition.
  • To arrange and call the computer technician, electrician, plumber, telephone and broadband technicians, etc as and when required.
  • To maintain stock of stationery printed material like Letter heads, envelopes, business cards, printer cartridges, etc.
  • To maintain and update the database of OPPI members and vendors.
  • Any other point forming part of the Administrative work but not mentioned above.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate; MS-CIT.
