Role:
- **To provide a warm, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and maintained at all times in line with our guest expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Responsible for guest relations and ensure best service without any complaints.
Develop sales through upselling, guest contacts and ensuring good service.
To maintain coordination between floor and kitchen requirements and orders.
Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
Ensure that invoices are settled in correct manner. Submit reconciliation to Hospi Admin
Maintain cleanliness of the sections, service area and back area.
Ensure that staff meets hygiene and discipline standards.
Inspect the mineenplace to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
To handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner and to provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure the maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of the restaurant in close coordination with engineering and housekeeping.
Conduct periodical inventory of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and wine stock. Ensure that proper stock requirement is provided to stores division as per requirement.

Desirable Traits -
Graduation / Diploma in Hotel Management / Any Graduate Minimum 1 year of Experience in F & B Service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality Ability to interact with people at all levels
