    About the department

    The Study Data Tabulation Model Programming & Submission team at Global Business Service (GBS) was established in April 2016, then later became an independent department in July 2021. Bringing together seasoned experts and fresh perspectives, this team focuses on delivering high-quality, submission-ready SDTM packages for clinical trials across Novo Nordisk, in close partnership with stakeholders.

    The Position

    The Lead Study Data Tabulation Model Programmer plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with SOPs, GCP, GDP, and GPP, while driving innovation and supporting end users. This multifaceted role demands a mix of technical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to ensure smooth data management operations and regulatory compliance.

    • Ensure trial designs are consistent across projects.
    • Create SDTM submission packages and publish them.
    • Presentation experience at conferences and a strong industry network.
    • Drive cross-functional initiatives with various stakeholders.
    • Lead projects and teams effectively with strong interpersonal skills.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's in life or natural sciences, pharmacy, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
    • Minimum 6-8 years in Life Sciences, with 4 years in Clinical Data Management and CDISC SDTM.
    • Expertise in clinical data management, programming languages like SAS, R, Python, and collaboration across borders.
    • Experience in project and stakeholder management, GxP guidelines, and drug development.
