    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Junior OnBase Administration and Development professional to join our team. This role involves providing support and development of OnBase, a leading content management system. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in OnBase administration and development. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Pan India location.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 3 to 6 years of experience in OnBase administration and development
    • Proficiency in OnBase modules, including OCR and Workflow
    • Strong knowledge of HTML E-Forms, VBScripts, JavaScript, and C# Unity API Scripts
    • Experience working with SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve OnBase system issues
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Excellent knowledge OnBase Administration and Development

    Planning, configuration, maintenance and administration of OnBase Server Systems

    Strong Knowledge of OnBase Modules including workflow, Work view.

    Expertise in Unity APIs and Integration with different enterprise applications.

    Strong knowledge in OnBase HTML E-Forms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API Scripts, VBScripts & Java Scripts.

    Extensive experience in Capture Process Design, Data capture services, Barcode processing, Interactive Data Capture, Disconnected Scanning, Advanced Capture, Outlook Integration & Mailbox Importer.

    Strong SQL development skills, Wrote SQL, PLSQL, Stored Procedures required to retrieve the data in Report services, Reporting Dashboards & life cycle

    . Provide OnBase administration support including user setup, security configurations, and workflow development

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure efficient OnBase system integration
    • Design, develop, and maintain OnBase solutions using VBScript, JavaScript, C# Unity API Scripts, and SQL
    • Troubleshoot and resolve OnBase system issues, perform debugging, and optimize system performance
    • Assist in testing, implementation, and maintenance of OnBase upgrades and patches
    • Provide end user training and support on OnBase functionalities and best practices
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest OnBase features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to optimize business processes
