Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location:
Kolkata
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and explain project details and specifications to potential buyers.
- Manage the relationship with potential buyers from initial contact to sale.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to sales.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Attend industry events and network to build relationships with potential clients.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Exceed sales targets and quotas.
Requirements:
- 27 years experience in property sales and purchase.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
