Job Title:
Sales Executive (Real Estate)


Location:
Kolkata


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct site visits and explain project details and specifications to potential buyers.
  • Manage the relationship with potential buyers from initial contact to sale.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to sales.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
  • Attend industry events and network to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:


  • 27 years experience in property sales and purchase.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
