Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their IT requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively articulate their value proposition to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including forecasts and pipeline status.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
