We are looking for a Commis / Chef De Partie with a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Position Overview:
A Commis Chef is an entry-level culinary position within the kitchen brigade. Commis Chefs work under the guidance of more experienced chefs, assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. This role serves as a stepping stone for individuals aspiring to build a career in the culinary arts.


Key Responsibilities:


Food Preparation:
Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients, measuring quantities, and following recipes accurately. This includes chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating ingredients as required.


Dish Assembly:
Assist in plating dishes, arranging components attractively on plates, and adding finishing touches. Ensure portion sizes and presentation meet the establishment's standards.


Station Maintenance:
Keep workstations clean and organized. Maintain a stock of necessary ingredients, tools, and utensils for efficient workflow.


Kitchen Hygiene:
Follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of food preparation areas. Adhere to proper food handling practices to prevent contamination.


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
