    We areseeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager who can playa pivotal role in the continued success and evolution of our onlineproducts subsequently shaping the future of healthcare education.You will be responsible for managing the existing product portfolioas well as taking a lead in identifying and launching new productinitiatives built over latest technologies like AI/ML. You willcontribute in defining the product vision and roadmap for thecompany and eventually develop and manage products which will makea real impact on the professional journey of millions of healthcareprofessionalsglobally.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    ExistingProductPortfolio:

    Manage thelifecycle of our existing online products by refining the productvision set by thecompany.

    Create productroadmap and develop product strategy aligned with the businessgoals of thecompany.

    Conduct productspecification documents with emphasis on solving user problems orfulfilling userneeds.

    Dofeature prioritization and product iterations with clear focus onimproving overall userexperience.

    Drive userengagement and retention through analysis experimentation and A/Btesting.

    Collaborate withdesign engineering growth business and operations teams to ensureseamless product experience and alignment with businessobjectives.

    Define andmonitor KPIs to measure the health and success of our existingproducts identifying key levers forgrowth.

    NewProductInitiatives:

    Identify andevaluate new product opportunities leveraging AI/ML technologies inthe healthcare edtechspace.

    Conductcomprehensive market and user research to understand user needsindustry trends and opportunities and distill them into actionableinsights.

    Develop theproduct vision strategy roadmap PRDs and user stories for newproductinitiatives.

    Oversee theproduct development cycle from ideation mvp to eventuallaunch.

    Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure an unified approach to bring newproducts to life which are aligned with businessgoals.

    Develop thegotomarket strategy for the new product initiatives especiallydeveloped with AI/MLtechnologies.

    General:

    Stay abreast of the trends and developments in the healthcareindustry medtech space and AI/MLtechnologies.

    Continuouslyseek feedback and adopt a datadriven approach to decision makingresulting in improved user satisfaction and productperformance.

    Develop strongrelationships with key stakeholders and communicate product visioneffectively.



    Requirements

    Experience&Qualifications:

    Bachelor s orMaster s degree in Business Technology Healthcare or a relatedfield.

    5years of experience in product management in the EdTech orhealthcare EdTechdomain.

    Proven trackrecord of successfully launching and managing digitalproducts.

    Strongunderstanding of usercentered design principles andmethodologies.

    Strongunderstanding of applications of AI/ML technologies in the edtechor healthcare domain would be abonus.

    Workingknowledge of A/B testing and other techniques to drive productfeatures with positive impact on userexperience.

    Excellentanalytical problem solving and decision makingskills.

    Experience withdata analysis and interpretation methodologies to inform productdecisions.

    Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideasand collaborate with relevantstakeholders.

    Passion foredtech in general and healthcare in particular to improve the livesof healthcare professionals would be abonus.



    Qualifications: 6 - 7 years Proficiency in the Python programminglanguage. Proven experience as a Backend Developer with ademonstrable expertise in both Python development and databasemanagement. Hands-on experience with web frameworks, such as Djangoor Flask. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field. Excellent problem-solving andcommunication skills. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team environment.
