- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy. Prioritize features and enhancements based on product needs and business priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, specifications, and other documentation.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Conduct regular sprint reviews, provide feedback, and address any challenges to keep the development on track.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including communication plans, training, and support readiness.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback.
- Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the success of the product against these metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- 6-8 Years experience as product manager.
- Knowledge on designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining infrastructure on a large scale.
- A passion for Automation/DevOps and running highly resilient/automated systems.
- Experience in On-prem to cloud Migration of products.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Linux and Windows environments.
- Understanding of DevOps Process & Tools (Azure DevOps, GITHUB, Packer, Azure Cloud, Artifactory etc).
- Understanding of automation tools (Terraform, Python, Powershell, Ansible, Linux / Windows desired state configuration).
- Basic project management skills.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary.
